Only the finest available ingredients are used in NOLA beers: English, German and American hops, a variety of malts from around the world, unique yeast blends and Peter Caddoo’s special touch. In addition to the three year-round ales, NOLA Brewing also has a seasonal rotation starting March 2010. Our first release will be a French Saison, called Hurricane Saison, and we will premier the 7th Street Wheat - a Lemon Basil Wheat – in Summer 2010 and our Irish Channel Stout in Fall of 2010.
NOLA Blonde Ale is a medium-bodied traditional American blonde ale, golden in color with floral and citrus hop aromas. Check our rating on Beer Advocate for more information.
NOLA Brown Ale is a light-bodied, full flavored English dark mild ale with notes of chocolate, coffee, caramel, and nuts. See our Brown ale listing on Beer Advocate for more information on this top rated ale.
Hopitoulas is a West Coast style India Pale Ale that has 6 malts and 6 hops and has been additionally dry hopped for three weeks. A month and a half to make each batch, we think you’ll appreciate our extra work in the perfectly balanced, hoppy flavor Hopitoulas packs.
