Brewery Feature: Einstok Brewery

We are very excited to have Einstok Brewery on board this year as one of our great sponsors!

The Einstök Brewery is located just 60 miles south of the Arctic circle in the fishing port of Akureyri, Iceland. There, the water flows from rain and prehistoric glaciers down the Hlíðarfjall Mountain and through ancient lava fields, delivering the purest water on Earth, and the perfect foundation for brewing deliciously refreshing craft ales.

Get to know their delicious lineup of craft ales below and see a little of what you can expect from them at this year's Top of the Hops Beer Festival!

Icelandic White Ale

ABV 5.2%

Available in 330ml bottles and on draft.

Brewed in the centuries-old Belgian tradition, our White Ale features the complex flavors of the classic witbier, including orange peel and coriander – all brewed with pure Icelandic water that delivers a cool smoothness that is flavorful and refreshingly drinkable.

Icelandic Arctic Pale Ale

ABV 5.6%

Available in 330ml bottles and on draft.
American and Bavarian craft come together with the finest Icelandic water to create the Viking version of the Pale Ale, where robust hoppiness meets smooth malty undertones. Cascade hops give it the American character, while Northern Brewer hops add just enough bitterness to make this Ale refreshingly Icelandic.

Icelandic Toasted Porter

ABV 6.0%

Available in 330ml bottles and on draft.
With clear notes of toffee and dark chocolate, this Porter is roasty and rich, offering a medium body that is robust, yet smooth on the palate. Toasted and chocolate malts give it a sinister black color, but its easy-to-drink taste will have you believing that there's no need to be afraid of the dark.

Icelandic Arctic Berry Ale - Seasonal

ABV 5.2%

Available in 330ml cans.
We celebrate summer with our Arctic Berry Ale, a refreshing witbier flavored with tasty bilberries, hand-picked near the Arctic Circle.

Icelandic Doppelbock - Seasonal

ABV 6.7%

Available in 330ml bottles.
This limited-edition winter brew is released in October, but this winter celebration ale is worth the wait. Malted barley and chocolate tones define the traditional style, while the robust aroma and long, mellow finish will make this the perfect companion for your holiday adventures.
